All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekend and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.
Please note .Ar:ti|sans is not responsible for any unexpected delays caused by the courier company.
Import Duties, Fees, and Taxes:
All orders shipping to a destination outside of the UK are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. We advise you contact your local tax or customs office for a breakdown of the charges before you order so you are not surprised by any possible incurring charges. Any items that are refused by customs for any reasons will be returned to us and a refund of your order will be processed.
We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges.
We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order (package).
Please note that it is your responsibility to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval, as well as to verify and pay all import charges including duties, fees, and taxes.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can I ship to P.O. Boxes?
Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Can I modify my shipping address?
If you need to modify your delivery or shipping information after you have already placed your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. However, shipping information such as delivery address cannot be modified once the order is already in shipment
We have a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with its seal intact, and we will process a full refund.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. If your request is within the 14 day policy, we will send you a return sheet, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please include the filled out returns sheet in your return shipment so we know which order and which card we are refunding.
Return shipments sent back to us without first requesting a return or without the returns sheet cannot not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We address these on a case by case basis but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
